One Call Fixes It All
No Guesswork Pricing, No Half-Finished Jobs
Your home in Los Angeles deserves attention that doesn't leave you wondering what the final bill will look like. Craft & Hands Property Care was built on a simple idea: you should know the price before the work starts. We serve Los Angeles and the surrounding Westside communities with flat-rate handyman services that cover exactly what you need — mounting, assembly, repair, and installation — without the contractor markup or the handyman mystery pricing.
We handle the stuff that bugs you every day. The TV still leaning against the wall two weeks after you bought it. The IKEA dresser in flat boxes stacked in the corner. The curtain rod that came out of the drywall bringing a chunk of plaster with it. The cabinet drawer that jams every time you open it. These aren't renovation-scale problems, but they make your home feel unfinished. That's where we come in.
Why Flat-Rate Pricing Changes Everything
Most handyman services bill by the hour, which means you're paying for traffic delays, supply runs, and setup time. Our flat-rate model gives you a firm price upfront. You text us photos of the job, we send back a number from our tiered pricing menu, and that's the price — no surprise line items, no "it took longer than expected" upcharges.
- Service Call ($179) — One simple job: mount a TV, hang a shelf, swap a light fixture. Single item, done in under an hour.
- Home Fix ($369) — Multiple small jobs in one visit: mount a TV plus hang curtains, or assemble furniture plus fix a sticky drawer. Up to 3 hours of focused work.
- Multi-Task Visit ($899) — A full day of handyman work. Furniture assembly for an entire apartment, mounting throughout the house, multiple repairs. Everything on your list.

IKEA, Wayfair, West Elm — if it comes in a box, we build it. Beds, dressers, desks, shelving units, and outdoor furniture. Cleanup included, packaging hauled away.
Wall Hanging & Mounting
Floating shelves, curtain rods, mirrors, artwork, blinds, and window treatments. Proper anchors, level installation, walls left clean.

Why Los Angeles Chooses Craft & Hands
We're not a general contractor quoting six-week projects. We're not an app-based gig platform sending whoever's available. We're a focused handyman service that shows up on time, knows what things should cost, and treats your home like it matters — because it does. Every job gets the right anchors, the right tools, and the right attention. No shortcuts, no drywall damage, no leaning TVs.
From a studio apartment in Santa Monica to a hillside home in Glendale, we've handled thousands of mounting, assembly, and repair jobs across Los Angeles. Our flat-rate pricing means you're not gambling on an hourly clock — you know the cost before we arrive. That's how it should work.
Frequently Asked Questions
What areas in Los Angeles do you serve?
We serve Santa Monica, Venice, Culver City, Marina del Rey, West Hollywood, Glendale, Studio City, Westchester, Rancho Park, South Pasadena, Alhambra, Monterey Park, and central/west Los Angeles including ZIP codes 90035, 90036, 90066, and surrounding neighborhoods.
How does your flat-rate pricing work?
We use three flat-rate tiers rather than hourly billing. The Service Call ($179) covers one straightforward job. The Home Fix ($369) covers multiple small jobs in one visit. The Multi-Task Visit ($899) covers a full day of handyman work. Text us photos of your project and we'll tell you exactly which tier applies — no surprises.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes. We're available 8am to 8pm seven days a week. Weekend and same-day availability is a core part of our service — we know most people can't take a weekday off to wait for a handyman.
Are you licensed and insured?
We carry general liability insurance for all work we perform. For electrical and plumbing work beyond handyman scope, we'll let you know upfront and can recommend licensed specialists. We only take on jobs we're qualified to do right.
Do you bring your own tools and hardware?
We arrive with a full tool kit, multiple bracket options, anchors for every wall type, and common hardware. If your job requires a specific bracket or part that's unusual, we'll let you know during the estimate so you can have it ready or we can source it.
What if my TV bracket or furniture is still in the box?
Perfect — that's how most of our jobs start. We unbox, sort hardware, assemble, mount, level, and clean up. We haul away the packaging too. Just text us photos of the boxes and the wall or room where it's going.
